Cardboard Boat Derby

250 Clark presents this challenging community event. Register your boat for $10 and meet at the Powassan Hydro Pond.  One adult and one child per boat.  Each must wear a pfd. Boats can be constructed exclusively of cardboard and duct tape. Paddle out and around a buoy and return to dock to win!
