Farm to Table Feast is happening on Saturday August 19 at 5:30pm at 250 Clark in Powassan, with local chefs Rene and Laura Dubois from Wasi Chefs and Standard Jazz Stylings by Marco Souza . This is a 19+ event, with a cash bar, and signature cocktails. This five course local dinner features roasted beets/pickled onions/horseradish goat cheeses, summer corn and cucumber salad, mint sorbet, grilled Wistiwasing Farms chicken/chimichurri sauce/buttered garden vegetables/stuffed baked potato, homemade breads, and honey butter carrot cake for dessert. Tickets are $75. Please purchase by August 1.
